I will be attending this event this coming Saturday to rep Rockord and "The Nationals" 

Race information

     Dec. 8, Registration 11am - 1pm , Racing around 2pm

-Cost

• Young Guns Race - $10 per rider (all riders must also be registered for their respective class race according to USABMX rules)
• Double Point Race - $25 class/cruiser
• Pro/AM - $25 rider (must be at least 14 years old)

-Preregistration Info      
     Preregistration begins Dec. 1 and will continue until the day of the event.  Preregistration can be completed at the track during normal operation hours, by phone at (219) 406-9833 or by email to indianabmx@comcast.net .  You must have valid credit card information at the time of registration.  Please see "Registration Rules and Requirements" below before preregistering for the event.

-Registration Rules and Requirements

• You must have a valid USABMX license at the time of registration and on the day of the event.  Membership renewals can be completed on the day of the event, however, it is highly recommended that you renew your membership prior to this race due to the event size.
• All riders MUST be 13 years of age or younger on the day of the event in order to compete in the Young Guns moto's.  Riders 14 and over may compete in the regularly scheduled double point race
• In accordance with USABMX rules, all riders must be registered for their respective class during the double points race that runs in conjunction with the Young Guns Shootout event.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

-Young Guns Class Structure

• 3 Boys classes - ages 7 and under, 8-10 years old and 11-13 years old
• 2 Girls classes - ages 10 and under and 11-13 years old

-Awards

• Awards to all in the main
• 1st place large trophy and Answer Forks plus sponsor give-aways (tbd)
• 2nd - 3rd place plaques plus sponsor give aways (tbd)
• 4th place plaque
• 5th - 8th place medallions

-Pit Space
     Due to limited space at the Indoor facility, there will be no designated pit spaces available for teams or families.  Only event sponsors will be allowed to set up canopies at this event.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

• Pro/Am purse brought to you by the fine folks of the Nationals BMX Racing Team
• $250 guaranteed purse.  Final purse estimate to be around $500
• Payout structure based on number of registered riders: 

          -8 riders or less: top 3 payout (60%-30%-10%)
          -9 to 12 riders: top 4 payout (50%-25%-15%-10%)
          -13+ riders: payout to all in main (35%-20%-15%-10%-5%-5%-5%-5%)
